What payment do you accept?
We accept debit cards, credit cards, direct deposit, and wire transfers.
Can I cancel my order?
You cancel your order seven days after you receive it.
My order didn’t arrive when it was supposed to. What to do?
If you don’t receive your order in due time, please get in touch with the sales support team at hello@kassumayllc.com with the subject “Where’s my order?” and they will take care of it.
How long does it take to receive my order?
The most extended delivery period is seven days, depending on your location.
I received my order, but it broke, what to do?
Take a video, your receipt, and your first and last name to send to the sales team, and you will have two options: you will be refunded or receive another order. It will depend on your choice.
Can I change my order?
You have 24 hours after you place your order to change it.
Does Kassumay offer a discount?
The first order is 20% discounted.
Are all Kassumay Jam Vegan?
All Kassumay jam is certified Vegan.
Are all Kassumay Drinks Kosher?
All Kassumay Drink is certified Kosher.
